How do personalized photo products work?

Upload or send a clear photo and add your personalization details, such as a name, date, short message, or font number. We prepare the image for laser engraving and create the customized wooden keepsake based on your selected options.

What kind of photo should I upload?

Clear, bright, high-resolution photos work best. Front-facing photos with simple backgrounds usually create better engraving detail. Blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or very small images may result in less detail.

Are the products printed in color?

No. Our wooden photo products are laser engraved, not color printed. The final result is a natural engraved effect on wood, and the tone may vary depending on photo quality and wood grain.

Will every wood slice look exactly the same?

No. Each wood slice is natural and unique. Shape, bark edge, grain pattern, color tone, and small natural marks may vary slightly from piece to piece.

Can I add a pet name, family name, date, or message?

Yes. Most personalized products allow you to add a name, date, or short message. Please enter the exact text you want during personalization.

Can I choose a font?

Yes, when font options are available, you can choose a font number and include it in the personalization box. If no font is selected, we will use the default style shown on the product page or choose the most suitable option.

Can personalized items be returned?

Personalized and custom-made items are usually not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or there is a production issue. Please contact us with photos and your order number if there is a problem with your order.
