Most products allow names, dates, short messages, photo references, or option choices. Please follow the fields shown on each product page.

You can add a note at checkout or contact support@evervainstudio.com. We will review whether the request can be made for that product.

Use a bright, clear, high-resolution image where the main subject is easy to see.

We can work with many images, but blurry or very dark photos may limit engraving detail. Please send the clearest original photo available.

Proofs are offered on selected products only. If a proof is sent, please review it within 72 hours so production can continue.

Most made-to-order production takes 2-5 business days before shipping.

Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. If you need help, contact support@evervainstudio.com with your order number or tracking number.

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will review whether the address can still be updated.

Personalized / made-to-order items usually cannot be returned for a standard change of mind. Please contact us if there is a product or order issue.

For confirmed issues, we prioritize a replacement or remake after reviewing photos and order details.

Direct-to-recipient shipping may be available depending on the order and destination. Please confirm details before placing a time-sensitive order.
