Store Information

Evervain Studio sells personalized gifts, custom photo engraving products, wood decorations, acrylic decorations, home decor items, and related made-to-order products.

Products and Customization

Many of our products are personalized or made to order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details, including names, dates, text, photos, font choices, colors, sizes, addresses, and other requested information.

We produce custom products based on the information submitted by the customer. Please check all details carefully before placing an order.

Product Photos, Mockups, and Handmade Variations

We do our best to display product images, colors, materials, sizes, and details accurately. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, natural wood grain, handmade production, laser engraving effects, and material variations.

Some product pages may include design renderings, mockups, or sample images for illustration. Final made-to-order items may vary slightly due to materials, production process, natural wood grain, lighting, and customization details. We do not intentionally misrepresent the final product.

Wood products may have natural variations such as grain, color differences, knots, texture, and shape. These are normal characteristics of natural wood and are not considered defects.

Customer-Provided Content

By uploading photos, names, text, addresses, dates, or other content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the content and allow Evervain Studio to use it for the purpose of creating, producing, and fulfilling your order.

Customers must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Proofs and Previews

For some custom orders, we may provide a proof or preview before production.

If the customer does not respond within 72 hours, we may proceed with production using the submitted order details to avoid delays.

If the customer approves a proof or preview, we will produce the item based on the approved design. Changes requested after approval may not be possible once production has started.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable materials, production limitations, inappropriate customization content, or violation of these Terms.

Pricing and Availability

Prices, product details, shipping fees, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors or update product information at any time.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing time usually takes 2–5 business days after the order is placed and all required customization details are received.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, remote areas, or other circumstances outside our control.

Product fulfillment and shipping routes may vary by product and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country or region.

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Intellectual Property

All store content, including product images, text, designs, graphics, branding, and website content, belongs to Evervain Studio or its content providers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Customers must not upload or submit any content that infringes the rights of another person or business.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evervain Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
